OUR PEOPLE / Noel Kelly

For the last 18 years Noel Kelly has practiced as an industrial development consultant specialising in target sector identification, sector studies, training and investment promotion. Noel has a wide range of experience which includes practical experience of investment promotion from his 27 years in a broad spectrum of roles with IDA Ireland. He has also worked in private sector in the ICT, electronics and paper industries; and 6 years as a non-executive director of Google Ireland Ltd., the operating company for Google outside North America.

Noel has undertaken long term consultancy assignments in Thailand and Curacao, Netherlands Antilles together with assignments in Africa (Sudan, Mauritius), Asia (Malaysia), Central America and the Caribbean  (Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Costa Rica and Dominica), Eastern Europe (Macedonia, Russia), and the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Yemen).

Noel has worked for many international clients including IDB, the EU, UNIDO, US Aid, the UK Foreign Office, Government of Abu Dhabi, and the Garri Free Zone – Sudan.
